With online coaching, you get all the tools you need to reach your goals and the support along the way.


The process

Enquiry: Contact us about the service you would like or send an email with any questions you may have.

Assessment: You will receive a thorough questionnaire to complete and return. Depending on the service the assessment may also include an initial 45 minute consultation.

Program design: Depending on the service the program(s) will be designed and sent over on receipt of payment, tailored to your needs and wants.

Coaching: You will receive follow up emails and are welcome to be in touch with any questions you may have. Depending on the service, follow up consultations and adjustments to the programs according to feedback and progress will follow for 1 week or 1 month.

The coaching services will continue with recurring invoices until a written cancelation is received at the latest 14 days prior to a new coaching period. All physical activity and nutritional advice are followed at own risk and is not a substitute for medical advice provided by medical professionals. Note that no personal or sensitive information will be shared with any third party and that all services are bound by full confidentiality.
