With online coaching, you get all the tools you need to reach your goals and the support along the way – just as if you had a Personal Trainer. Unlimited email and text contact, Skype meetings, custom-made training programs and diet plans (if needed), adjustments to adapt the plan as you adapt, technique checks (by video) and weekly feedback is all included.
We start off by thoroughly assessing you, your goals and your needs to get to those goals, based on where you are today. If you are based in London we can do this face-to-face over a coffee, otherwise over a Skype meeting or even in writing (you don’t have to see me if you don’t want to 😉 ).
